Your order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by WayOne. Your order will not be accepted until we have received and processed your payment. Please review your order carefully before submission; once an order has been accepted, WayOne may be unable to accommodate requests for cancellation. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided by you at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended solely for your personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

We assume no responsibility for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed to be accurate. We are not liable for any delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand the products over to the carrier, title and the risk of loss pass to you.
