A: Every WayOne device comes with a standard 12 months comprehensive warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or technical malfunctions.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We offer Free Tracked Registered Shipping all over the world. Order deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Q: How do I know which attachment head to use?
A: Each WayOne kit includes a specialized guide, but generally:
- Ball Head: For large muscle groups (quads, glutes).

Q: What is "Stall Force" and why does it matter?
A: Stall force is the amount of pressure you can apply before the motor stops. WayOne guns are built with high-torque motors (up to 40-50 lbs of stall force), ensuring your massage doesn't cut out when you press deep into thick muscle tissue.
Q: Can I travel with my massage gun on an airplane?
A: Yes! However, because they contain lithium-ion batteries, they must be kept in your carry-on luggage. Our included hardshell travel case is designed specifically to fit in standard overhead bins or under-seat storage.

Q: Is the heat therapy safe for my eyes?
A: Absolutely. Our eye massagers maintain a constant temperature of 40°C to 42°C (104°F - 107.6°F), which is the clinically recommended range for stimulating tear production and relieving meibomian gland dysfunction without damaging the delicate skin around the eyes.
Q: Can I use the eye massager if I wear contact lenses or have had Lasik?
A: We recommend removing contact lenses before use. If you have had Lasik or other eye surgeries, please consult your ophthalmologist before using any ocular compression device.
Q: How do I clean the inner lining of the mask?
A: Our masks use premium, skin-safe protein leather. Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth or a mild alcohol-free sanitizer after use to maintain hygiene.
Leg & Foot Recovery Systems
Q: Does the leg massager help with Varicose Veins or Edema?
A: Our sequential air compression is designed to promote venous return and lymphatic drainage, which are key in reducing swelling (edema). However, if you have a medical condition like DVT or severe varicose veins, please seek medical advice before use.
Q: Will the leg wraps fit larger calves or thighs?
A: Yes. WayOne leg massagers feature adjustable Velcro straps and often include extension wraps. They are designed to fit most body types comfortably, accommodating calf circumferences up to 18-26 inches.
Q: Can I use the heat function without the vibration/compression?
A: Yes. Most WayOne models allow you to toggle the Heat, Compression, and Vibration settings independently, giving you total control over your recovery experience.
